DCMWEB, Inc. provides installation to new and existing clients. We offer a discounted on our annual web maintenance plan at the time of installation on new Talkswitch system. This annual web maintenance plan consists of free programming. Programming is considered any changes to the current setting of the Talkswitch unit, after the time of installation. Client can choose to “ SELF INSTALL” the Talkswitch unit, program and make changes to the system. However, this plan was created due to some challenges client were facing at the time of ownership. This one year maintenance service is web base and requires some form of internet connect. (Please see requirements below)
Challenges:
Since Talkswitch is a low cost high powered (PBX) telephone system. Most clients do not have the time needed or resources to learn how to program and install the Talkswitch unit. We admit having so many powerful features can be overwhelming. Finding the best way to configure you new Talkswitch system can be difficult. Once the client has setup their Talkswitch unit, they are usually unsure or limited do to the lack of knowledge and experience. Other challenges, the clients would not have ability to know about features, customization, and updates and add new features. Talkswitch is constantly updating the features sets for free with an update. Clients have agreed in having a knowledgeable person doing the configuration and install was life changing and priceless!

Service
This is a web base service designed to save you from the costly onsite visits. If we can not make changes online, then we will schedule an onsite visit. Onsite visit are perform at a minimal cost.
*Please note: 90% of the changes can be performed online.
Service Cost for the one year web maintenance (not including installation)
- Initial installation $150.00 (non-fundable)
- Existing installation $200 - $400 (non-fundable, cost may vary)
System Requirements:
- Client must have high speed Internet Service (DSL, Cable Model or Broadband), and can provide a static IP that can be assigned to the Talkswitch unit.

For Firewall or Router the client must provide an IP that is DNZ capable or an IP outside the Firewall or Router.

Please be advised, not meeting the requirements during an onsite visit is still consider a visited and billable at the lowest rate of $150.00.
